I was a first time homebuyer so I knew little to nothing going into the process. I had a bunch of different questions about houses, real estate in general, Nashville and the housing market. I was prepared for the home buying process to be hard, but to me it wasn’t a hard experience because of Brett.

The reason I got approved very quickly for my loan was Brett listened to me when I told him what I wanted and he would just send me homes to look at. The first house he sent me was perfect and he immediately said, “Let’s go look at it!” I felt like he really got me. He knew what I wouldn’t like and what I would like. He was the perfect guide through this process.

The first house I looked at didn’t feel like the right place for me, and Brett suggested we go look at a different place. As soon as we got to the second house, I told him I felt so much better. He said, “Well, then trust that feeling, you’ve got to be able to trust that feeling in this process.” Brett is super logical, and also has an emotional attunement. He knows that this process isn’t just about logic, and I appreciated that.

I was able to put an offer on the second house I looked out and that offer took. I equate that to Brett guiding me through the process, knowing the market and knowing the other realtors. His holistic knowledge is why I think my first offer went through. With Brett, there’s more than the black and white, but he knows how to make smart decisions along the way.

If I were to buy a house now, I would feel super confident because I have a better understanding of the Nashville housing market, what to look out for, red flags, green flags and real estate over all. Brett is the best. He’s just such a level headed person.

Brett is a very smart, logical and a very confident person in all areas. Even now when something goes wrong at my house, he’s the first person I call. If you work with Brett, you’ve got a friend. He’s gonna be more than just somebody you buy a house from.
