My husband and I bought and sold a home with Brett. I reached out to him originally when we were first interested in moving, but we weren’t ready to bite the bullet just yet. He met with us over brunch anyway and talked us through what the market was looking like. We decided to wait over a year until we finally decided to sell and look for a new place, but Brett was ready to jump right back in when we were. I was happy to know he was so willing to meet with us even though he didn’t know it was going to pan out into anything for him.

Brett did a really good job of setting our expectations and explaining what was happening in the housing market in Nashville during the time we were trying to sell and to buy. Brett did a lot of market research for us and pulled different houses that had sold or were getting built in our neighborhood to give us a comparison for our home. That really helped us make an informed decision on what we wanted to list the house for to get the offers we wanted. Brett was able to bring the knowledge that we didn’t have.

Brett was also super super helpful in getting our house cleared out and ready for a drone tour. He came over a few hours beforehand and was really hands on getting stuff looking right for the cameras. He knew what would look good for staging and what things should be put away. It was really helpful because we were really overwhelmed! He just really went above and beyond and definitely worked with our schedule. If we weren't ready to do something, he would reschedule it to whenever we were ready, no problem, and we didn’t have to deal with the rescheduling. We’d just text Brett and he would handle it, and that made it a lot less stressful. It was already a stressful process, but I can’t imagine how much worse it would have been if we didn’t have Brett helping us.

We have busy jobs and Brett was always up for a late night call if we needed that. He would do a lot of the back and forth communication on our behalf, so we knew what was going on, but we didn’t have to deal with the sausage being made, so to speak. So we didn’t have to be in on every conversation because we could trust him to handle things. Brett is a thoughtful guy who is definitely working hard for your best interest. He’s like a man of few words, but he’s definitely going to come with the results and get it done for you. We have a few family members right now who are looking at purchasing and I’m always bragging on Brett like, “Oh our realtor did this for us! You should ask your realtor for this.” I feel like he went above and beyond.

Brett definitely just gets it done, no complaints. Overall it was a good experience and we ended up where we wanted to be. It was really really no nonsense. You can just tell he likes what he does and cares about his clients. We’re not looking to move anytime soon, but based on our experience we would definitely use Brett in the future!
