Brett helped me sell my house after my husband passed away. We had lived in the home for 35 years, so there was a lot of work to be done and Brett was fabulous at making it all happen.
Over the years, my husband had moved stuff, rebuilt stuff, and left stuff unfinished. He had also collected quite a few things in our front bedroom and in the garage. Brett got a dumpster so we could throw things out, he found guys to haul everything off and he arranged for an electrician and a plumber to come out. It was phenomenal. I would not have known who to call to get that house cleaned out and ready to sell, but he did.
Brett was always coming by to check on things, and he was always on hand. He didn’t just tell someone to do something and leave. He was there to make sure it got done.
Brett could really be an interior decorator with the way he got my house ready for photographs. He noticed all the little details. He put a plant on the window in the kitchen, and added a little curtain above the sink. That day I was rushing to get everything done, and he was running around with me as fast as I was. He was amazing.
That’s just a little of what Brett did. He was there every step of the way for me. He went over and beyond. I didn’t know how I was ever going to get that house empty, but he did. It was a miracle.
Brett even helped me try to find a place to rent. Whatever the situation, he was there for me. If we needed something to eat, we would go out and eat. He even gave me rides to Hendersonville and Gallatin. I would recommend Brett to anyone because he will get the job done.
Brett is caring, professional, and his presence is everything. Anything that he could do, he was there doing it. This guy is for real, he’s honest, he’s up front, he’ll take care of you. I’ve never heard of a realtor that went the extra mile like he did. I wouldn’t have gotten it done if it wasn’t for him. I wouldn't have sold my house without him.
